Tonight my husband and I had the incredible experience of getting to help our grandson Flynn, who is turning three years old tomorrow, learn to ride his bike. 

As I was listening to my husband shout out words of encouragement to little Flynn as he pedaled on his own for the first time I couldn’t help but think how all of us could actually benefit from hearing the words of encouragement he was shouting out in our own lives.
