Extraordinary Takes Time

“She[/he} was never meant to be a common creature – extraordinary takes time.”

Can I just say how much I love that quote – do you want to know why? Because it is so easy to go through life being so hard on yourself for not being perfect right this second, when the reality is that being perfect is definitely not possible! I love the quote because it reminds us that becoming the best person we can be takes time! It takes patience and a series of trial and errors in which we fall down, get back up, brush ourselves off, and keep going! And it’s okay that we aren’t perfect yet…what matters is that we are working towards it with confidence that we are meant to be extraordinary and so keeping our efforts full steam ahead toward that goal.

Instead of worrying that you may not be enough, try thinking that you may just be amazing beyond your wildest dreams! You may just be meant to become the next great artist, or musician, or business person…it’s true! It could absolutely happen…all you have to do is imagine it, work towards it, and give life a chance to take you there!

“The question is not “Will you find your wings?” It’s “What are you going to wear with all those magnificent feathers?”

Have an Extraordinary day everyone – because you, in fact, are just that!

Thanks Amy. I really liked this. Well I like all of your posts but this hit home. I just posted my blog last week with a similar theme. Basically about what we think of ourselves.
I’d be honored if you read it.
Keep posting…you don’t have a like button but if you did I would click it every day
