Happy Feel Good Playlist

I love love love music…the power and influence of good music can be life changing. My family also loves music and anytime we come together you can pretty much guarantee there will be at least one impromptu dance party in our kitchen.

A few days ago my daughter Ashley Hill posted a list of songs she keeps on a “happy feel good” playlist in a blog on her newly launched company “Core Qualitees” website. Her blog reads:

Music has always had a huge impact on my mood and how I feel throughout the day. In fact, I’m not alone in this. Several studies around the world have been done proving that music greatly effects brain development, attitude, and behavior. Because of that, it’s always been important to me to listen to the best music with uplifting lyrics and beats. Over the years I’ve gathered my favorite “happy feel good” songs into a playlist to help me be and feel my best. I hope you enjoy these tunes as much as I do! 🙂

You can always get the Mix-Tape IOS App to share this playlist. You can also add in a voice recording to set the mood, and add in a epic mixtape cover art to get in multiple senses…just a thought.

Looks like I need to listen to some new music. I was just talking to someone about my running playlist this morning and I think it needs some additional tunes. Tip Toes is on it though, and it is just a fun, fast, makes me want to sing and dance song. Thank you!

Fabulous list! But… nothing by America? C’mon! We love America, right?
