Happy New Years – Be Sure To Make Your 2021 Goal Poster!

I can honestly say that 2020 has felt like the longest year EVER!  It’s crazy how normal 2020 started and how quickly everything changed by March.  And as quickly as everything changed in the world it seemed to slow to a near halt. Time went by so slowly this year…it honestly feels like we’ve lived an entire decade in 2020. Which is why it’s probably safe to assume that none of us are all that sad that 2020 will come to an end tomorrow and 2021 is beginning.

Realistically, the difference between 2020 and 2021 is one minute when the clock switches from midnight to 12:01am, but emotionally it feels like its so much more than that. Probably because we’ve all hung hope that the hardships we’ve faced will end when the year ends. And while the adult in me knows that’s unlikely to happen, there is something very comforting about letting the 2020 chapter come to and end and turning a fresh empty page to begin 2021.

The reality is that as hard as 2020 has been I can’t deny that we’ve all grown tremendously this year for having gone through it. And we are far better equipped to handle whatever 2021 will bring our way.

We need to remember is that 2021 is only going to be as good as the goals we set for ourselves to achieve during it. So carve out time tomorrow to make your 2021 Goal Poster! It’s easy to do – just find pictures of the things you want to accomplish and glue them onto a poster or find digital images and paste them on a powerpoint slide. Then hang the poster on your wall or make it your desktop background.

I can tell you one thing – if we can’t get that sticky little Spider-Man toy off my 23’ foot high ceiling by midnight tomorrow night I’m for sure putting that goal on my 2021 Goal Poster. For those who don’t know what I’m referring to here’s a link to the video that shows our drama of Spider-Man, balls, drones, a giant flying shark, helium balloons and duct-tape, blow darts, and rubber bands….

I wish all of you a very Happy New Years Eve tomorrow! And I wish my husband a very happy 13th wedding anniversary tomorrow as well 🙂 . 2021 is going to be AWESOME!!!!!
