Heaven Help Me!

After such an amazing week last week and over the weekend the last thing I have any right to do is complain about anything, but after all the travel I have been doing over the last two months where things have been booked back to back without time to read emails and check phone messages I can only say one thing, “Heaven Help Me!” Because I have absolutely no idea how I am ever going to get caught up again, and I still have a few more business trips to go before my schedule calms down (…as if it ever really calms down… but you know what I mean…)…so YIKES! It is definitely going to take divine help for me to get through everything waiting for me.

I’ve decided that if I could have a superpower I would want the ability to make time freeze in the places I want it to when I want it to. That way when you wanted to go on a trip you could get everything at home to hold still while you go enjoy your trip and then when you come back home there wouldn’t be a bunch of stuff you need to catch up on! That would be AWESOME right?!

So yeah…after writing such a long blog last night documenting my week out in Washington DC I am going to keep tonight’s blog short and sweet so I can spend as much time as I can tonight trying to make a small dent in that mountain of things waiting for me to get done.

I suppose the only message I have to share tonight is this: when you are in WAY over your head with a million things to get done and a ton of people who need your time and attention right this second and you feel like there is no way you can do it, just take a deep breath, look to the heavens and let God know it looks like you are going to need some reinforcements to get you through your day…thank heaven he has an entire army of Angels available to help us…all we have to do is ask 🙂

Have a blessed day everyone!

You could benefit from a prayer partner and cheerleader (coach). Text them and say I’m overwhelmed. Can you pray with me that I focus on and complete theset things? Then list three or four things. Your prayer partner prays but then checks in after a few hours to see how you’re doing. There are benefits to this method even beyond getting back on track and ditching the feeling of never catching up because there is just too much.I will pray for you today.

I should mention the coach is not a paid coach. She is a friend who understands what you’re going through and will hold you accountable and pray you through too.
