Only 90 Days Left In 2018! LET’S DO THIS!

WHAT??!! Only 90 days are left in this year?? How is that even possible?! It’s October 1st people – that’s how!  I can hardly believe it’s October already. But the good news is it’s October! And October starts off all the fall and winter holidays! First comes Halloween…then Thanksgiving…and then Christmas…Oh how I love all the holidays!

There are so many exciting things to look forward to these next few months. The leaves are changing colors, going on a hayride to the pumpkin patch, candy corn (oh how I love candy corn!), caramel apples (love those too), costumes, then we get into turkey and stuffing and pie (mmmm…pie…), then there is Hallmark Christmas movies and caroling, sugar cookies and fudge, and presents…how could you help but love this next few months of the year?!

What I really love most about this season of the year is the focus on family. My greatest joys in life come from the time I am able to spend with my family. There are many memories to make these next 90 days so its important to head into them with intention…sit down now and plan the next 90 days with your family. Schedule a time to go pick out pumpkins from the patch, and block out the time on your calendar when you’ll carve them. Block the dates for doing service together as a family, and the dates for decorating a Christmas tree. Get the next 90 days all spec’d out with the fun things you want to do actually entered into the calendar on dates and times so everything else can come secondary. And don’t forget to sit down with one another and goal check what you’ll need to do to make sure you finish out the goals you set for 2018 and commit to helping each other get them done.

90 days….LET’S DO THIS!
