So You Want To Be Happy?

What great advice! And what a great reminder that if we want to be happy we have the capacity to make that happen by using the power of our own thought process. We can decide to take action or let something go. We can decide to think positive thoughts and be grateful. We can decide not to give anything negative our time and attention. We can CHOOSE to be happy!

As you go into your day make sure you decide that today you are going to be happy – no matter what. Then as circumstances come up throughout the day make sure to face them remembering that you have already made the choice that you WILL be happy today and let that dictate how you think about everything as it happens.
