You Were Born To Stand Out

“Stop trying to fit in when you were born to stand out.” – unknown

I believe that every person born on this earth is born with special God-given talents and that it is our job to then discover those talents by trying all kinds of different things and as we discover our gifts we should passionately pursue developing those for the purpose of using them to benefit the lives of as many people as possible.

One thing that inspires me to want to further develop my own talents is watching other people share their talents. There is something crazy inspiring about watching someone openly share their talent. I absolutely love it!

One of the things that reminds me most of the fact that our talents are God-given is watching children who have incredible talent as such a young age. Watching that there is no denying that God sent them to this earth with inherent talents!

There is an amazing television show called Little Big Shots which showcases the talents of young people. If you haven’t watched it yet I highly recommend it. The talent of these kids will seriously inspire you. Check out this clip of a 12 year old girl from the Philippians and you will understand exactly what I mean:

WOW! Seriously gives me chills to hear that amazing talent!  And it’s our job to develop it and then go and share it!

“Everyone has a purpose in life…a unique gift or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.”  – Deepak Chopra

Have a great day!

Thanks for sharing this. Last week I was in New Orleans just for one day. My friends and I were talking about how talented people are and how young some of them are when their talent is already obvious. It’s true that we are made to use our gifts. Psalm 139.
