Guess what??\u00a0 Today is National Vanilla Milkshake Day! YEEE HAWWW \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
Why am I so excited about that, you ask?\u00a0 Because I LOVE ice cream!\u00a0 That\u2019s why. So when I heard that today was National Milkshake Day I thought, \u201cWhat could be better than that?!\u201d<\/p>\n
You see, I growing up in the Rees Family, ice cream was a member of the family. \u00a0We\u2019d eat a bowl of ice cream before bedtime just about every single night growing up. To this day my father still has his bowl of ice cream before bedtime\u2026 but that didn\u2019t just start with my father \u2013 his father loved ice cream, and his father, and so on and so on\u2026.that is a family tradition that goes way back.<\/p>\n
If ever I\u2019m having a bad day, an ice cream cone is the perfect cure. If my husband and I have a disagreement (not that that ever happens\u2026smirk) he knows that coming home with some Daiquiri Ice Ice Cream from Baskin Robbins is the perfect way to smooth things over\u2026I don\u2019t know if it\u2019s the taste of the ice cream that makes everything better, or if it\u2019s the memories of happy childhood days that put a big smile on my face when I eat it. All I know is that I LOVE IT!<\/p>\n
