{"id":11526,"date":"2019-08-08T17:30:28","date_gmt":"2019-08-08T23:30:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.amyreesanderson.com\/blog\/?p=11526"},"modified":"2019-08-08T00:12:56","modified_gmt":"2019-08-08T06:12:56","slug":"im-not-ready-for-summer-to-end","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amyreesanderson.com\/blog\/im-not-ready-for-summer-to-end\/","title":{"rendered":"I\u2019m Not Ready For Summer To End!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Why does it feel like every year the school year starting\nencroaches earlier and earlier into the summer?!&nbsp; Seriously, when I heard kids are having to\nstart back to school already I was like \u2013 BUT IT\u2019S STILL SUMMER!!!???&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quite frankly, I\u2019m just not ready for summer to come to an\nend because I haven\u2019t had time to really enjoy it yet.&nbsp; Normal protocol is to close our office for\nthe summer from June through August and take time to play but this year life\nhas gotten in the way of taking a summer break yet so if everyone could just delay\ngoing back to school and going back to work to have summer last just a few more\nweeks then maybe there\u2019ll be time to still get in a vacay \ud83d\ude42&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I mean, it seems like a sin to make people work or sit in a classroom when it\u2019s this hot outside\u2026unless they work at a swimming pool or a lake, ya know?\u00a0 I think we should all wait on working or going to school until its cold and miserable outside and then we actually want to be indoors.
