It was 12 years ago today\u2026my friend Steve and I pulled into\nthe parking lot of a shopping complex to meet up with two guys driving down in\na second car that were going to follow our car down to Lake Powell for a\nhouseboat trip.  When the other car\npulled in an the man in the passenger seat of the other car looked out his\nwindow and smiled at me I never would have imagined how that man was about to\nchange my entire life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driving down to Lake Powell both our cars stopped for some\nlunch at a Subway restaurant.  While we\nstood in line to get our sandwiches ordered I introduced myself to the two men\nin that other car. The man driving the car said, \u201cDon\u2019t you remember me? I took\nyou to lunch a few months ago?\u201d I was obviously embarrassed to admit that I didn\u2019t\nremember\u2026the man who was the passenger in his car smiled at me from behind him\nwith a smile as if to say \u201cyou are so busted!\u201d To save me from me the awkwardness\nhe stepped forward and said, \u201cHi, I\u2019m Rollin\u201d. \nHis gorgeous blue eyes and cute little smile lines around his eyes caught\nmy attention big time\u2026.and just like that my world was forever changed\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two months later Rollin was down on one knew proposing to me\nand two months after that we were married. And here it is twelve years later\nfrom that very day we first met\u2026.  It\u2019s\ncrazy that the day before that I would never have imagined how drastically my\nlife was about to change in the course of just a day.  Even that very morning when I got out of bed\nI never imagined what that day would bring\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All it takes is one day! One day can change everything! And\nyou never know when you climb out of bed if today is going to be that day\u2026.because\nit just might!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
