We ate food, played games, ate more, sang songs, ate even more, talked, and did I mention we ate?\u00a0 I ate so much food over the holiday that even my stretchy pants started begging for mercy!\u00a0 It was exactly what Thanksgiving should be\u2026good food and great times with family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But now that the weekend is over it\u2019s time to start working\noff all the calories we consumed.&nbsp; And what\nbetter way to burn those calories than doing some shopping?!&nbsp; A study reported that a typical woman burns 48,000\ncalories a year shopping which tells you it\u2019s a great form of exercise!&nbsp; Given, they didn\u2019t mention online shopping in\nthe study but certainly they meant for it to be included\u2026 After all, your\nfingers have to fly across the keyboard to search all the online deals for\nhours on end\u2026then there is the clicking the \u201cadd to cart\u201d button over and over and\nover again\u2026not to mention how fast your heart beat races as you work to beat\nthe countdown clocks on every website so you can get all checked out before all\nthe Cyber Monday deals come to an end\u2026&nbsp;\nOnline shopping is a definite workout if you do it right!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s never fun for a holiday to come to an end and its never easy to go back to regular life after having so much fun, but we are now one week closer to Christmas so at least we have that to look forward to.
