Never forget that if there weren&#8217;t any need for you in all your uniqueness to be on this earth, you wouldn&#8217;t be here in the first place. And never forget, no matter how overwhelming life&#8217;s challenges and problems seem to be, that one person can make a difference in the world. In fact, it is always because of one person that all the changes that matter in the world come about. So be that one person. \u201d \u00a0\u00a0\u2015 Richard Buckminster Fuller<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I loved this weekend as it happened to be the LDS Church\u2019s Semi-Annual General Conference where they have the most AMAZING speakers who give talks on Saturday and Sunday on subjects such as our personal potential, forgiving others, time management, life balance, loving our families, strengthening our marriages, etc.\u00a0\u00a0 The speakers are always incredible and it is one of my favorite weekends of the year.\u00a0\u00a0 It always provides me a huge pick me up and the talks always help me put life back into perspective and they motivate me to be a better person.\u00a0 If any of you want to see the talks you missed they will post them to download the text or watch the videos on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lds.org\">www.lds.org<\/a> .\u00a0 If you go to that home page they should have a big button you can click to take you to the talks.\u00a0 You don\u2019t have to be a member of the LDS Church to find value in the talks.\u00a0 They are amazing talks no matter what your religious beliefs are and they have points that every single one of us can benefit from.\u00a0 I especially like the talks where they talk about the importance of stepping away from all our electronic devices once in a while to spend quality time with the people we love.\u00a0 And I love the talks where they remind us to reach our divine potential.\u00a0 Elaine Dalton gave one of the best talks I have heard on the amazing potential of women and girls.\u00a0 She is always one of my very favorite speakers and I highly recommend reading or watching her talk, especially for all the women out there.\u00a0 They are all great!<\/p>\n<p>I love that quote I started today\u2019s blog with.\u00a0 I love that reminder that each one of us can be that difference in the world.\u00a0 It reminds me to try harder to set an example, and to reach out to help others, and to be a better person each day.\u00a0 I want to do better to be that one person that makes a difference. All of us need to be that one person who makes a difference.
