Today was an exciting, whirlwind of a day.\u00a0 First I attended my board meeting for the Governor\u2019s Economic Development Board that I serve on for the State of Utah, and then I ran over to attend the Women\u2019s Tech Awards where I was humbled to receive their Impact Award at a large luncheon.\u00a0 Next I had to run over to tape a television interview for KUTV which will air in a few weeks.\u00a0 Finally I had to run to meet with my builder, and now I am finally back home to hang out with my daughter and my husband and to write my blog to all of you :).<\/p>\n
As I sat down with my daughter to chat about her day she was sharing different activities that occurred in her day, I asked about a particular person who I knew had been known to be negative and cause problems.\u00a0 Ashley immediately responded \u201cMom you just gotta choose to hang out with people who add to your fun jar!\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Instantly I knew I had my blog title for tonight\u2019s blog \u2013 People Who Add To Your Fun Jar \u2013 I love it!<\/p>\n
Nothing is better than hanging with people that add to your fun jar!\u00a0 I have been SUPER lucky in my life to be surrounded with people like that \u2013 starting at home with my kids and my husband, then spreading to my workplace, I have been surrounded\u00a0with amazing friends who make me laugh and\u00a0who lift me up when times are tough and who always remind me that there is always time to have a little fun in life.<\/p>\n
Let’s face it – Fun people make the world a happier place!\u00a0 They can turn doing the worst task into a total party.\u00a0 The make you laugh and celebrate and they spread joy to everyone around them.\u00a0 Yes, choosing to hang out\u00a0with people who add to your fun jar is the best way to ensure a happy journey in your life.\u00a0 Fun people are pure enjoyment, and who doesn’t like pure enjoyment?!<\/p>\n
This weekend I am super lucky to get to hang out with\u00a0great friends who continuously add\u00a0to my\u00a0FUN JAR and I feel incredibly blessed for that.\u00a0 I turn 42 years old this Saturday and I can\u2019t think of a better birthday gift than having a life that is full of amazing friends and a VERY FULL FUN JAR :).<\/p>\n
