When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,<\/p>\n
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,<\/p>\n
When the funds are low and the debts are high,<\/p>\n
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,<\/p>\n
When care is pressing you down a bit-<\/p>\n
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.<\/p>\n

Life is queer with its twists and turns,<\/p>\n
As every one of us sometimes learns,<\/p>\n
And many a fellow turns about<\/p>\n
When he might have won had he stuck it out.<\/p>\n
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow –<\/p>\n
You may succeed with another blow.<\/p>\n

Often the goal is nearer than<\/p>\n
It seems to a faint and faltering man;<\/p>\n
Often the struggler has given up<\/p>\n
When he might have captured the victor’s cup;<\/p>\n
And he learned too late when the night came down,<\/p>\n
How close he was to the golden crown.<\/p>\n

Success is failure turned inside out –<\/p>\n
The silver tint in the clouds of doubt,<\/p>\n
And you never can tell how close you are,<\/p>\n
It might be near when it seems afar;<\/p>\n
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit –<\/p>\n
It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.<\/p>\n
Don’t ever give up.\u00a0 You may have to go in another direction, and you may have to try a new approach, but if its something you feel is important then don’t give up on it.\u00a0 Keep working at it.\u00a0 You’ll figure it out, and success will come….<\/p>\n
