\u201cYou were given this life because you are strong enough to live it.\u201d\u00a0 That quote has helped me many times in my life.\u00a0 Especially during difficult or stressful times when I feel overwhelmed or incapable of handing a situation I am given.\u00a0 We have all heard the phrase that \u201cGod doesn\u2019t give us more than we can handle.\u201d\u00a0 I happen to believe that is true.\u00a0 I will admit that there are days when I want to look toward heaven and say \u201cWhat the heck are you thinking!?!\u00a0 I am SO not capable of this!\u201d\u00a0 But whenever I do this it is like a little voice whispers back to me saying \u201cYes you can\u2026I won\u2019t give you anything you are not capable of handling.\u201d\u00a0 And that whisper gives me the courage to keep trying\u2026to keep moving forward.\u00a0 Because we have to trust that the man upstairs knows us better than we know ourselves.\u00a0 We have to trust that He knows our strengths and our weaknesses and he knows exactly what experiences in this life are going to help mold us into the very best that we can be.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Now that being said, do I always like the experiences He puts me through?\u00a0 Heck no! Some of them are straight up hard and the last word to describe them would be fun, they are painful and sometimes even sad.\u00a0 But what I cannot deny is that when I look back at my life and the experiences I had I can clearly see that He was teaching me and molding me and preparing me for each future situation ahead of me.\u00a0 And the times I can honestly say I feel the most proud about are the times when I made it through a situation that I didn\u2019t think I was capable of getting through.\u00a0 It is a good feeling to overcome a challenge or trial.\u00a0 It is like this sense of \u201cHey, I did it! That was me!\u201d<\/p>\n

Life is full of ups and downs but I have learned that what matters most is to enjoy the ups and be grateful for every single one of them, and try to endure WELL the downs.\u00a0 By enduring well I mean try to do your best and try to learn from every hard part of what you are going through.\u00a0 Try and grow and change for the better from each hard experience you face.<\/p>\n

And when times feel so difficult that you don\u2019t think you can handle it, remember, \u201cYou were given this life because you are strong enough to live it\u201d\u00a0 So LIVE IT WELL!<\/p>\n
