Waking up in the morning is hard.\u00a0 Especially when you are working late into the night and not getting nearly enough sleep, which I am sure many of you suffer from just as I do.\u00a0 That alarm going off in the morning has to be my least favorite sound in the world.<\/p>\n
But tonight my daughter gave me an awesome idea.\u00a0 I was complaining about how worn out I was and how I was not looking forward to getting up early tomorrow morning early for a big charity event my foundation is putting on.\u00a0 Ashley said, \u201cHave your favorite song play as your alarm \u2013 it makes all the difference.\u201d\u00a0 She went on to explain that the other day her alarm went off as it does every morning, but this particular morning it just so happened to be playing her very favorite song.\u00a0 She said that her mood started out awesome because that song made her feel happy right out of the gate.\u00a0 Such a simple thing that made a huge impact to the start of her day.<\/p>\n
What a great idea!\u00a0 I wish I had thought of it sooner myself!\u00a0 Music is always the perfect pick me up for my life.\u00a0 I love to dance and I love fun, happy music.\u00a0 So why not start my day with a song that makes me happy and makes me want to get up and dance!?\u00a0 So tomorrow I intend to have my favorite song playing for my alarm because heaven knows I will need a pick me up in the morning after my late night working tonight.<\/p>\n
