I\u00a0decided long ago that anything I was going to do in my life, I was going to give it 110%. I never wanted to put my name on something that I couldn`t feel proud of doing. And\u00a0I felt that if I wasn’t willing to give something my all then why even do it?\u00a0 I can tell you that sticking to that commitment in my life is something that has helped me tremendously.\u00a0 I honestly believe that anyone who decides to make that commitment in their life will find great success comes in their future because of it.<\/p>\n
Someone once stated, \u201cIf you don\u2019t have time to do it right the first time, how will you ever have time to do it again?\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0That quote stuck with me because\u00a0I realized how true it actually was.\u00a0 If I wanted to avoid redoing something I should really take care to do a great job going into it\u00a0and give it a full effort.\u00a0 No cutting corners.\u00a0 No being sloppy.\u00a0 Just doing it right from the get go.\u00a0 When I look around me at the people I trust the most it\u00a0is the people that have adopted the philosophy of giving everything 110%\u00a0in all they do.\u00a0 They are the people that check their own work for accuracy, making sure they can feel good about things before the hand it off to someone else, and these are the people I fought to retain in my company because as a CEO that is exactly the type of person you want to have working for you.\u00a0 Over my years as an entrepreneur I had several employees that I took with me from company to company because they were so good that I hired them on everywhere I went.\u00a0 That is the kind of employee I think everyone should try to become –\u00a0 The type that their boss would take them with them anywhere and for any position, because they are just that good and reliable to do an\u00a0awesome job at everything you give them.\u00a0\u00a0You don\u2019t have to be perfect, you just have to be\u00a0giving it your all every day, no matter how\u00a0small or unimportant the task may be \u2013 still\u00a0treat it as if it\u2019s the\u00a0most important task you will ever do and I can promise you that people will take notice of you and the work you do!<\/p>\n
That is today\u2019s challenge – GIVE EVERYTHING YOU DO\u00a0110%. No matter how big or small, give it your all!\u00a0 (hey I just made a rhyme \u2013 and it was an accident \u2013 how cool is that \u2013 what a great way to start a week!\u00a0 With an accidental rhyme \ud83d\ude42\u00a0.<\/p>\n
