I have been able to have so much fun with my children and the memories we will walk away from this summer with will be with me forever. \u00a0The most interesting thing about this summer has been that it isn\u2019t the places we went to visit or the shows we saw or the hotels we stayed in that will be the memories of this summer.\u00a0 It is the little moments when we laughed out loud at something one of us said, and the moments we teased each other during a competitive card game we were playing, and the hugs we shared, and the conversations we had, and the late nights snuggling as we watched a movie together.\u00a0 The memories don\u2019t come as a result of the money spent or the elaborate surroundings\u2026the memories come as a result of the time spent together doing anything at all\u2026that\u2019s what drives the memories.<\/p>\n<p>And those happy memories you make will be with you forever, and when life gets tough in the future it will be those little happy memories that pop back into your mind and help you smile and get through those crazy tough times.<\/p>\n<p>As we head into this weekend, decide to make a few new memories with the people you love.\u00a0 Remember, it doesn\u2019t have to be fancy, it just has to be fun!<\/p>\n<p>Have a great weekend everyone!<br \/>\n~Amy<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cWe didn\u2019t realize we were making memories, we just knew we were having fun.\u201d This summer has been such a special time for me.
