Certain foods have the ability to evoke all kinds of emotions. For example, I think of comfort foods such as pot roast and mashed potatoes that make me feel safe because that was our go-to meal growing up for our Sunday family dinner.\u00a0 I think of get well soon foods such as chicken soup and crackers that always had a way of making your tummy feel better.
