I was also reminded that it can take a lot of courage to stand up for what\u2019s right when you are in a situation that requires you to stand alone.\u00a0But no matter how intimidating a situation is or how afraid you might be \u2013 it is ALWAYS worth it to do the right thing \u2013 ALWAYS!<\/p>\n<p>Today I watched as someone who should know right from wrong tried to pretend that they were unaware of what was right, even with mountains of what was true sitting in front of them, all while justifying their actions by positioning that they are just doing their job. I wanted to scream out loud, \u201cThat doesn\u2019t make it right!\u201d Truth is truth. Right is right and wrong is wrong, and there just isn\u2019t a right reason to do the wrong thing.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s so easy for people to get sucked into situations where start thinking you can justify doing the wrong thing in order to get the right result you hope for. I just think we have to do everything in our power not to let ourselves get sucked into that trap. We have to constantly remember that no result is ever worth doing the wrong thing for\u2026.period.<\/p>\n<p>When we are willing to stand up for what is right and uphold the truth we can walk away without regrets, regardless of the outcome.
