Every person who follows in our footsteps is impacted by the trail we leave. Whether it\u2019s our children, or a family member, or a business associate, or someone who is watching our example, we are leaving a trail that will influence the lives of others in more ways than we can even imagine. It\u2019s important to look at our lives and ask ourselves, \u201cAm I proud of the trail I am leaving?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the role of being a parent or a boss or a leader there is a natural expectation that we should think about that question because it\u2019s common knowledge that there are many eyes watching you, but I would suggest that there are many eyes watching all of us, no matter what our title or role is. We all have people who watch us, whether we are aware of it or not. It could be a neighbor or a friend or the child of a friend or family member or a coworker or an acquaintance\u2026you just never know who is looking at you and desiring to walk in your trail\u2026that\u2019s why everyone\u2019s trail matters and every one of us need to live our lives more aware of the trail we are leaving behind.\u00a0 We need to stay mindful that every choice we make and every action we take sets an example either for good or for bad\u2026each becomes a part of our legacy for generations to come\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Every person has the power to make others happy. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> Some do it simply by entering a room <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> others by leaving the room. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> Some individuals leave trails of gloom; <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> others, trails of joy. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> Some leave trails of hate and bitterness; <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> others, trails of love and harmony. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> Some leave trails of cynicism and pessimism; <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> others trails of faith and optimism. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> Some leave trails of criticism and resignation; <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> others trails of gratitude and hope. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> What kind of trails do you leave?&#8221; <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2014 William Arthur Ward<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I hope to live my life leaving a trail of happiness, love, optimism, hope and gratitude.
