I LOVE it!\u00a0 And with Spring comes Spring Cleaning. Yep, it\u2019s time for all of us to wash our windows so the sunlight can come through. And it\u2019s finally warm enough to open those windows and let the breeze flow through the house. Oh how I love the smell of fresh Spring air!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">\u201cSpring cleaning isn\u2019t just about sorting through things, and getting rid of clutter. It\u2019s about taking stock of who you are. It\u2019s a chance to redefine yourself, to change expectations, and to remember that it\u2019s never too late to recapture who you were, or to aim for who you want to be.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0 -unknown<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the normal Spring cleaning and putting things in the trash that we no longer need, Spring is also the perfect time to evaluate our lives and figure out if there is any other types of \u201ctrash\u201d in our lives it might be time to get rid of.<\/p>\n<p>By \u201ctrash\u201d I am talking about many different things\u2026It could be bad habits in your life that it is time to get rid of. It could be toxic people in your life that you need to finally cut ties with. It could be emotional burdens you are carrying around that it is time to let go of. Whatever the \u201ctrash\u201d is that is cluttering your life\u2026.it\u2019s time to take out that trash and be done with it!<\/p>\n<p>The best thing about physically cleaning your house and throwing away the things you no longer need or use is that it makes room for new things to come into your life.<\/p>\n<p>The same thing applies with the other types of \u201ctrash\u201d we need to get rid of. When we clear the bad habits, bad people, bad relationships, bad thoughts, and bad feelings out of our lives and take them to the trash so to speak &#8211; \u00a0we are actually clearing out space and making room for new things to come into our lives\u2026beautiful, happy, joyous things such as positive friendships, uplifting relationships, good habits, happy thoughts and feelings, and gratitude\u2026.lots and lots of gratitude.<\/p>\n<p>A mental and emotional Spring cleaning is just as important as a physical Spring cleaning. And when we take time to do both we get the ultimate reward\u2026peace\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">\u201cShe was doing some Spring cleaning when she found her hopes and dreams in a long forgotten box under her bed.
