Have you smiled yet today?\u00a0 We don\u2019t have to have a perfect life to have a reason to smile. Smiling is just a way to show God that we appreciate all He has given us. And each of us reading this has at least one thing to be appreciative of because the very fact we can read this says we have eyes that can see so we can make that the start of our \u201cthings to be appreciative of\u201d list. If we really get out our pens and start writing I am quite certain that list will be much, much longer. So every one of us has a good reason to SMILE!<\/p>\n
Did you know that even a fake smile can improve your mood? Did you know that genuine smiling reduces your stress level? Did you know that smiling makes you more appreciative? Did you know smiling actually trains your brain to think in more positive thinking patterns? Did you know it boosts your productivity and makes you more creative? And did you know it literally strengthens your body on a cellular level?<\/p>\n
Well guess what \u2013 IT DOES ALL THOSE THINGS!<\/p>\n
And best of all \u2013 It\u2019s contagious! So if you start it other people will catch it to and then they will pass it on and so on and so forth \u2013 the distance a single smile can travel is amazing!<\/p>\n
SMILING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Smiling is infectious; you catch it like the flu.<\/p>\n When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too.<\/p>\n I passed around a corner and someone saw my grin.<\/p>\n When he smiled, I realized I had passed it on to him.<\/p>\n I thought about that smile and then I realized its worth.<\/p>\n A single smile, just like mine, could travel around the earth.<\/p>\n So if you feel a smile begin, don’t leave it undetected.<\/p>\n Let’s start an epidemic quick and get the world infected.<\/p>\n -author unknown<\/p>\n We should genuinely start an epidemic of smiling today!\u00a0 Think how awesome that would be!\u00a0Just see how many people you can smile at and have smile right back at ya!\u00a0Start keeping count.
