When my son told me to pick out my favorite dance songs for our wedding dance together of course those were the songs I chose!\u00a0 He refused to let us\u00a0practice our dance in advance which made me\u00a0nervous,\u00a0but as soon as\u00a0I heard those late 80&#8217;s early 90&#8217;s tunes playing all of the\u00a0old moves came\u00a0back to me \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 \u00a0 In case you didn&#8217;t get to\u00a0see our battle here is a\u00a0copy of\u00a0a video someone\u00a0shot on their phone\u00a0that day\u2026<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FzCLsfmeoIE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>It is honestly amazing how much music affects your memory. Hearing those songs doesn&#8217;t just trigger old dance moves, I literally can sing every word to the songs even after\u00a026 years!\u00a0 It is crazy!<\/p>\n<p>Saturday nights Throwback Jam concert was SO MUCH FUN!\u00a0I listened to all of those groups back in\u00a0High School and College and hearing\u00a0each of their songs again brought back\u00a0so many fun memories for me. Oh to go back to the good ole days when our hair was hairsprayed to the extreme and the fashions were seriously hilarious. To go back to being a 17 year old girl that could\u00a0hip-hop\u00a0dance all night and never get tired!\u00a0And who was glued to the TV when 90210 would come on&#8230;.Good times&#8230;Good times&#8230;you gotta love and appreciate the power of music on memories&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Today I suggest you look up some songs from your senior year of high school or freshman year of college and jam out to them.
