Then stop letting the smallest things ruin your entire day. If you\u2019re feeling stressed, ask yourself: Will this matter in a year from now? If YES, then do something about it. If NO, then let it go. If you\u2019re bored with your daily routine, do something unexpected, be spontaneous. Never complain about being alone when surrounded by people who actually care about you. Appreciate them. Be grateful. Forget all the drama and let go of all the grudges you\u2019ve been holding. Take a risk for once. And what a great reminder that if we want to be happy we have the capacity to make that happen by using the power of our own thought process. We can decide to take action or let something go. We can decide to think positive thoughts and be grateful. We can decide not to give anything negative our time and attention. We can CHOOSE to be happy!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">\u201cIt isn\u2019t what you have, or who you are, or where you are, or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. Then as circumstances come up throughout the day make sure to face them remembering that you have already made the choice that you WILL be happy today and let that dictate how you think about everything as it happens.
