And when you multiply that time over an entire world of people giving a little service here and there\u2026well just imagine the impact that it would have for the better!<\/p>\n<p>Having a world of problems means we also have a world full of opportunities to serve and contribute and make a difference in the lives of others. But sometimes it\u2019s a struggle to stay aware of all of those opportunities that exist. That\u2019s why I was so excited to learn about a website that is now live \u2013 its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.justserve.org\/\">www.justserve.org<\/a> \u2013 and on this website organizations can post their volunteer service needs and then those who want to volunteer can search these opportunities and decide where they want to serve. It\u2019s\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 sheer GENIUS!<\/p>\n<p>I can\u2019t believe someone didn\u2019t think of this idea for a website sooner! It\u2019s really brilliant! What a great way to help people in communities come together for good causes to donate their time and talents to help others, and as a result, help themselves feel happier\u2026what a great way to lift an entire community!<\/p>\n<p>Making time in our lives to regularly serve is so important. Because, <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>\u201cWhat we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>And serving alongside one another in our own communities is a fantastic way to get to know one another, to come to understand each other better, to dispel misconceptions we may have had about each other, and the best outcome is that we end up building lasting friendships that make each of our lives and our communities better.<\/p>\n<p>Take a minute to go on the site and get to know the opportunities to serve in your area. You can filter by location or type of service you are most interested in. It gives you an easy resource to figure out how you can start making a difference in this world.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">\u201cEverybody can be great. Because anybody can serve.
