{"id":9395,"date":"2018-06-20T20:35:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-21T02:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.amyreesanderson.com\/blog\/?p=9395"},"modified":"2018-06-20T20:35:14","modified_gmt":"2018-06-21T02:35:14","slug":"get-an-accountability-buddy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amyreesanderson.com\/blog\/get-an-accountability-buddy\/","title":{"rendered":"Get An Accountability Buddy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I don\u2019t know about you, but I do WAY better in life when I know I have someone to account to.\u00a0 Someone who I have to disclose my goals to, someone who I know will be checking in on my progress, and someone who I want to make proud by accomplishing the thing I set out to.<\/p>\n<p>I think everyone can benefit from having an accountability buddy in their life. Whether it is a coworker, an assistant, a friend, a spouse, a family member, a mentor \u2013 we need someone who we can ask to hold us accountable for things.
