I naturally find myself avoiding the big tasks I need to get done in my day by using all the little tasks as my excuse. And yet when I have a big task I haven\u2019t done I do nothing but stress about it the entire time I am doing all my little tasks\u2026it eats away at me that the big task is still out there needing to get done.<\/p>\n<p>On the contrary, when I force myself to do my biggest task first thing of the day I feel a huge sense of accomplishment and relief which helps me then accomplish all my little tasks in what seems like no time at all. I\u2019m happier all day and it\u2019s such a better way of doing things!<\/p>\n<p>So if I know that then why is it I still find myself putting off the big things I need to get done? I suppose that\u2019s why I love that Mark Twain quote so much.
