Not to spoil the ending for you…

“Not to spoil the ending for you, but everything is going to be OK!”

My gosh if we could just remember that quote every day of our lives we would be able to live life so much happier!!!  And the reality is that deep down, I know that that statement is absolutely true. I know that because I know that God sent us here to succeed and as our Heavenly Father He is going to do everything in his power to make sure we do, because that is what any perfect father would do! And He is perfectly smart, perfectly prepared, and perfectly capable – what better support system could we ask for…

And so all that is left is for us to do our part, which entails doing the best we can every day. Learning from our mistakes. Getting up when we fall down. Improving. Trying. Forgiving. Repenting. Loving. And when we reach the point we are able: helping others around you. That’s it. If you can do your part every day, and on the days you slip up just fix it and start again better the next day – if you do that than in the end (whether in this life or the next) you are guaranteed that everything will be OK!

I love this quote from Gordon B Hinckley (he has the best quotes ever!):

“You are doing the best you can, and that best results in good to yourself and others. Do not nag yourself with a sense of failure. Get on your knees and ask for the blessing of the Lord; then stand on your feet and do what you are asked to do.”

So there you go…get up and do what needs to be done and then be at peace because in the end everything really is going to be OK!

Have an amazing day everyone!
